I just got home from running 10 miles this morning. Its the furthest I've ever run! I finished in 1:40 which is 10 minute miles. The run actually wasn't too bad the first five miles, and then I turned around and the wind was rediculous. The more I put one foot infront of the other the more I was mad. But I couldn't do anything! I was five miles away from my car! That is a good thing though, i couldn't quit, but it was extremely annoying.
My legs hurt, my stomach is trashed, I've got to figure something out.

I'm horrible at updating this. To sum everything up, my runs are going great! My long run last week was 8 miles, and this Saturday it will be 9. I will have to start taking Gu, or Gels which makes me feel official. Yay! My body is also holding the mileage much better. My calves used to be sore all week and now I am barely feeling it.
I will be running my first half marathon in three weeks with my running group so that will be fun. Oh and, speed work is starting. They are meeting every Wednesday night at the track, but I have school! So I don't know what I am going to do. I know speedwork and temp runs are a huge part of training as they help build muscle and will help with overall speed. We'll see what happens.
Karlee, want to come on Saturday?? We run at 6:30.
Running song of the week: Viva La Vida from Coldplay, I play it like five times on my ipod and love it!
